     Glad to have you apply to be a 2012 Cover Model. Many people apply but only nine are chosen to be Cover Models. Male and Female Plus Sized applications are accepted only during the December to February months.



     This is a simple text file, Fill out all the information and the interview.  The interview is what will appear along with your picture, if you’re chosen to be a cover model. There is a voting process at the end of the year in which one person will be chosen as the cover model of the year for the following year.
