Lara Frater Author of Fat Chicks Rule: I began writing seriously when I was 14. It started with bad poems but moved to fiction and then non-fiction (hopefully not bad).

Lara Frater Author of Fat Chicks Rule: Fat Chicks Rule is an essential guide to living fabulously among this thin-centered world.

www.LargeInCharge.com: Is this your first published book, what work of yours has been published in the past?

Lara Frater Author of Fat Chicks Rule: This is my first published book. I've had poetry published in some literary journals.

www.LargeInCharge.com: Which publishing company published your book?

Ig Publishing. A risque small press that published things big presses won't touch.

www.LargeInCharge.com: Tell us about the first time you saw your published book, how did you feel?

Lara Frater Author of Fat Chicks Rule: I felt overwhelmed. I couldn't believe that there was a printed book with my name on it. I was even more overwhelmed the first time I saw it on the shelf at Borders. Getting a book published was one of my most important goals.

www.LargeInCharge.com: Are you a person of size, what size are you?

Lara Frater Author of Fat Chicks Rule: I'm a proud size 20. Although depending on the manufacturer I'm sometimes an 18 or a 22.

www.LargeInCharge.com: How does the public react to a person of size writing a book for others of size?

Lara Frater Author of Fat Chicks Rule: For the most part I've gotten very positive responses.I've gotten a few negatives one, but they were mostly funny, especially one that said I was taking advantage of other fat women and laughing all the way to the bank. Of course if I really wanted to make money I would write a diet book. But for the most part I get very positive responses from women who identify with issues I raise in the book.

www.LargeInCharge.com: Do you feel that your size helped you in the creative process?

Lara Frater Author of Fat Chicks Rule: I don't know if I could have written a book called "Fat Chicks Rule!" if I was thin, LOL.

www.LargeInCharge.com: How do people of size feel about your book, do you get more positive or negative feedback?

Lara Frater Author of Fat Chicks Rule: Almost every person has adored it. Although I get a lot of comments "How come you didn't include this?" I love getting notes from readers about how much they liked it.

www.LargeInCharge.com: Tell us what inspired you to write about The Large people of Society?

Lara Frater Author of Fat Chicks Rule: I've always been fat, since I was nine and for the longest time I thought that it was something I had to change. I'm a feminist and always was interested in the issues of body image. I think fat people are the last people that are discriminated against. A few years ago I gave up dieting and decided to like myself as is. That's what gave me the inspiration to write my book.

Lara Frater Author of Fat Chicks Rule: I've signed at a Goddess party, the NAAFA con (last year and this year), Philly Bash (twice). I'm with a small press so I usually have to cover some of my expenses.

Lara Frater Author of Fat Chicks Rule: No, I mostly just go to places that I can table at or am invited.

Lara Frater Author of Fat Chicks Rule: For fat authors, I love Marilyn Wann's Fat? So! It was one of the books that set me on the road to size acceptance. I also like the Obesity Myth by Paul Campos and Taking up Space by Pattie Thomas.
As far as other genres I'm into supernatural works and like Stephen King, Joe R. Landsdale & Tim Powers. I also love women's literature like Alice Walker, Toni Morrison, Amy Tan and I have a soft spot for Chick-lit especially Jennifer Weiner.

Lara Frater Author of Fat Chicks Rule: Keep writing, write everyday. Don't stop.

www.LargeInCharge.com: What should they do to get there work out there?

Lara Frater Author of Fat Chicks Rule: Keep sending it out. Don't be afraid of rejection. I have a giant folder of rejections, but I also have a small but growing folder of acceptance. Send, Send, Send!

Anjela Nadine Scott

LargeInCharge.com: Where are you from and what is your current Location?

I am a true Jerzey girl! I was born in New Jersey and I now live in West Trenton, NJ.

LargeInCharge.com: Can you give us some information about yourself (Age, Height, Size, Nationality, Marital Status, Children, etc.)?

I am single, no children, 5'9" tall, thick and voluptuous African African woman. My size ranges from 16 to 18.

LargeInCharge.com: Were you a big child, or did you gain weight later in life?

No, I wasn't a big child, in fact I was pretty skinny most of my childhood, but I had big bones and developed quickly in my early teens and had a curvaceous body at an early age.

LargeInCharge.com: (If you gained weight later in life) What caused you to gain weight and how did you feel about it?

Life and heredity caused my weight gain!!! (smile) Seriously, as I got older, my metabolism changed and I gradually gained weight.

LargeInCharge.com: What made you decide to enter the LargeInCharge model search?

I liked the fact of an e-magazine that catered to the plus size woman and acceptance of her beauty and wanted to be a part of it, hopefully to represent a another positive image of what being a plus size woman is really all about.

LargeInCharge.com: Do you have any experience in modeling? If so tell us about what you have done.

Yes, I am a graduate of John Casablancas School of Modeling (Plus Division) and have modeled for a few local designers in my area, and done some commercial print, and some bridal fashion shows and fit modeling.

LargeInCharge.com: It takes a lot of confidence to model... What has given you the confidence you have?

I have accepted who I am and I feel very comfortable in my own skin, which gives me all the confidence I need in this industry.

LargeInCharge.com: Did you find it a hard journey to be accepted for your size?

Yes, it was difficult, because of all the preconceived judgments that people have. Especially men, because they see the music videos and expect all real women should look that way, but beauty comes in all shapes and sizes and not just what you see on tv.

LargeInCharge.com: Do you find acceptance among your family and friends?

Oh, yes, my family and friends are very accepting of me, and we are all very supportive of each other.

LargeInCharge.com: What would you say inspires you most in life?

My nieces and nephews.. they have such insight at such young ages and they already know who and what they want to be which is a beautiful and very inspirational feeling for me, as I watch them grow up and pursue their dreams.

LargeInCharge.com: What is your primary job?

I work as a consultant for a health care company in the Public Relations Department.

LargeInCharge.com: How did you get into this line of work?

I have always been intrigued by the health care industry and found it exciting and challenging, and decided that was what I wanted to do.

LargeInCharge.com: Do you find acceptance in the work force?

Overall, I don't feel it directly all the time, but is definitely there in an underlying way.

LargeInCharge.com: What changes do you believe should take place for Large People in the work force?

Human Resource departments could start by holding some type of Large Acceptance workshops or seminars to open and broaden the mindsets and views on their perception of Large People at the workplace. That would be a step in a positive direction.

LargeInCharge.com: What do you think about the fashion industry for big sized clothing?

I feel the fashion industry still isn't 'plugged in' when it comes to big sized clothing and it's very frustrating! They're still making clothes that don't fit a 'real woman's' curves and are not sexy or flattering, but matronly, from the improper cut to the cheap quality of fabrics used.

LargeInCharge.com: Where do you regular shop for your clothing?

I regularly shop at Lane Bryant, Ashley Stewart and sometimes I will shop at the higher end stores when they have a great sale and I can find clothes that are stylish and figure flattering and a good fit.

LargeInCharge.com: What do you wish to see change with the fashion industry?

I would like to see equal billing for the large size fashions as well as the 'regular' sizes. There's nothing worse than going shopping in stores that hardly have any plus size clothes on the racks, if they have any at all. If the industry would embrace our curves and make clothes to accentuate our unique dimensions, that equal acceptance would be a beautiful thing to see happen.

LargeInCharge.com: What changes do you think will happen if plus sized modeling for men and women were to expand?

I think it would change the face of fashion forever, and increase a more 'positive image' about large size people, that they are 'the beautiful ones' too.

LargeInCharge.com: Look at Size acceptance five years ago... look at size acceptance now. What changes do you see?

I see a lot of change.. but still a long way to go...Five years ago, size acceptance was hardly ever discussed the way it is now.. so we at least have their attention and designers and celebrities are now starting to make plus size clothing as part of their collections, so we're starting to make some noise. But I still feel that with all the 'fad' diets, exercise tapes, machines and weight loss remedies that have flooded the market, still show us that society still feels that thinner is more beautiful, so the acceptance is still not there completely.

LargeInCharge.com: What changes do you think will happen five years from now with size acceptance?

I think we will see a major change in the images that are portrayed of large size people..we will see alot more 'real people' with 'real shapes and sizes and women with 'real curves'. It will really make the entire fashion industry a lot more exciting.

LargeInCharge.com: Tell us about your goals as far as modeling and other interests?

I have been a part-time model for a while and would like to go into more commercial print and runway modeling and continue my singing/songwriting career. I am also working on the completion of my book of poetry, and working on a plus size clothing line along with maintaining my company, Infinit' Possibiliteez, which features unique, and sexy fashion jewelry and accessories for women.

LargeInCharge.com: Give us a sentence that inspires you.

LargeInCharge.com: Can you tell us about an inspirational moment in you life that made you feel good about your size.

I did a plus size fashion show and received such great accolades as I walked down the runway, it really uplifted my spirits and made me feel so proud to be a full figured woman.

LargeInCharge.com: Is there a person in your life that makes you keep going?

Yes, there is my mother and father, who are still with me in spirit. I still have a lot to show them that their 'baby girl' promised to do. I want to make them proud and I am determined to do that.

LargeInCharge.com: What advice would you give to other people of size who want to model?

Please follow your dreams! If you feel you have what it takes and you've dreamed of modeling all your life, or other aspirations, go for it! Never live a life full of regret, you will hate yourself for it later.

LargeInCharge.com: What plus size figure do you admire?

I admire Monique, the beautiful plus size actress and comedienne. She has such an abundance of confidence and it's very inspirational to alot of women. She is so comfortable with who she is and it comes across in a very alluring, appealing way; she dispels the myth that plus size women are not sexy.

LargeInCharge.com: What would you like to tell the LargeInCharge readers about yourself.

I would like them to know that I am a woman who loves being a woman, and a plus size woman who is proud of what God has blessed me with. I want to be recognized for showing love and being in love with life, God and my family and friends. I have a passion for everything I do and that includes romantically speaking, the man I fall in love with will know he is truly loved...because I love hard and I wear my heart on my sleeve.

Traveling Plus Sized and Super Sized

     I have often spoken and given tips about traveling for the Plus Sized person. But this month I wanted to collect these tips together and try to give some great suggestions for everyone.

Traveling by Car:

     I found out some very good information about traveling by car. We all know about disabled plates. If you are disabled in some way. You can apply for disabled plates for a vehicle which you are regularly in. Example: you may not be able to drive but if your husband, relative drives you all the time. You can get the plates.

     But what is even better is that you can personally apply for a disabled plaque. You take it with you in any vehicle and when you park you hang it from the mirror in the front. You don't need to know how to drive or have a car. You can apply for it and save it for when you take a trip. Go shopping with someone etc. It can be used in any vehicle in which you are present and it is not a permanent part of the vehicle.

     Contact your Local DMV to find out which form you need to apply. You will have to take it to your doctor to fill out one part of it. But it is extremely simple to do.

Search online for guidelines in your state.

Traveling by Train:

Some of us are scared to travel by plane, and some of us cant drive. I have found train travel while it takes a bit longer than plane, can be relaxing. Calling Amtrak directly and telling them your needs is the best way. Weather your needs including being close to restrooms or an extra seat for your large hips. They can work out a deal with you.

You need to call as far in advance as possible. You might have to bring a doctor's note with you on the train to show you do need special accommodations. I have never had my note checked for when boarding.

I was able to get two seats on Amtrak for a bit more than one seat. And that was round trip tickets. Lets say I was very comfortable.

Seats next to the restroom is something you really want. Trying to walk around finding it, is not great. I actually find the regular rest room is much better than the disabled one. Always bring extra tissue and hand wipes with you. Take advantage of the great seats and use the bathroom from time to time when it is not busy. Because when it is, the wait is forever.

Traveling by Airplane:

We all hear about people who have to pay for an extra seat when traveling by plan. I have flown to quite a few places and haven't had to pay for an extra seat because you have to know what your entitled to.

Many airlines will not make you pay for an extra seat as long as there is an extra seat somewhere on that plane. All you have to do is ensure that you are on a flight that has extra seats.

How do you ensure that?

• Best days to fly are Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday. They are the least crowded and least busy.
   

• Best time to take a flight is in the middle of the night. 1am, 2am, 3am, 4am, 5am. These flights are usually very empty. Especially on the days above. You might even get enough seats to lay dow

• Use the internet to arrange your seat on the plane. Every airline has a site where you can enter your your air flight information and change your seating. I have changed my seating to ensure I got an empty seat next to me up until even one hour before my flight.
   

If you have trouble walking you can ask attendants to get your a ride to your terminal. Some airports are HUGE and you will be walking for a long time. Always request a ride if you can. It will be better on your legs.

When you get to the terminal and check in ask the flight attendant if you can board with first class. This way you butt is not banging everyone in the face. They will let you board with the others for your comfort.

Be easy on what you drink before a flight, the bathrooms on the plane are very small. Go to the bathroom right before you get on the plane and sit there for a while to make sure you empty your bladder completely.

Wear comfortable clothes that are not binding. Just in case they lose your luggage carry on a bag with an extra outfit. We all know how hard it is to find clothing. All you need is to be in another state with no clothes for a few days.

Ask the attendant to give you your seatbelt extender as soon as you can. You can even buy one online if you so choose. If your going to be a regular flyer it is a good idea. Especially if your embarrassed that you need one. Personally I don't care just give me my belt so i can be the safe fat person on the plane.

Note: I have found that most times when people have to pay for extra seats is because of flight delays or bad weather that makes them have to put as many people on a plane as possible. You can always insist on taking later flights that can ensure you will have the extra seat. I say always keep a credit card on hand in case it is necessary to pay for the extra seat. But also be watchful if there is any type of extra seat on the plane. If you find one on the plane you can take a picture of it, make a note and get your money back.

Allow yourself time before your flight to do everything you have to do. Traveling can be fun if you know the best way to do it.

How to Mack Part IV

How to Mack - Part IV: Tha Meat and Potatoes

     OK family. I THINK this is what you have been waiting for. I know how society is right now. The media gives us everything INSTANTLY. We see news AS it happens. NOW. This is why reality shows continue to be the rage. I know this is another rant for another time, but I am sure some of the impatient people that have been following my How To Mack series have been waiting for this month when I actually give you the final piece of the socialization puzzle. I am choosing to call this month’s peace, Tha Meat and Potatoes.

     I do hope everyone realizes that we had to BUILD to this point. You don’t send someone out in the streets with a new car until you prepare them. They need to understand how a car operates, the rules of the road, actually practice and learn how to drive. So consider Papi your driving instructor in the vehicle of Mackology!

     As always, we need to remember the points I made in last months article which concentrated on HOW you know someone is interested in you . . . specifically the eyes. The pupils of our eyes dilate and get bigger when we see something we're attracted to, larger, dilated pupils are seen as more attractive than smaller, contracted pupils, and we like people that like us.

     Let me remind you that the most important thing for you to remember is to be yourself. Do not say and do things to impress someone. Do not try to be something you are not. Insincerity can be easily detected. And in the long run, true personality and character comes to light and becomes the basis of a good relationship. So if you fake this in the beginning, what happens later on down the line?
Well, now I think you are ready to take all your training to the floor. Let’s get out there and socialize!
Regardless of the venue, bowling alley, club, bingo game, always remember that haste makes waste. Think of the tortoise and the hare. When you walk in the door, don’t run up to the first person you see and start gabbing. Take your time. Get settled in your environment. Check out and understand the mood and the vibe in the room. Where is the bathroom? Who is here together? Who looks happy? Who looks approachable? Who is looking at me? Use all the tips, tricks, and tactics you have learned this far, choose the person you would like to get to know better, and approach them.

     Now the question is, what to say? As I have compiled these thoughts I have debated exactly what to share with you. I have wondered if I should give you ACTUAL things that Papi has used in the art of socialization. Part of me has said no because a master never reveals all of his secrets, and more importantly, if one of my faithful readers was the object of my desire at one time, I don’t want her to think she just got a “line” from Papi. Well family, you are in luck as I have decided 2 actually give you established and proven deliveries (I just HATE to call em lines) that have been successful for me and people I have shared them with. Why that decision? Papi is a bundle of personality. I am not my lines. I am not a hater, but a celebrator. I will take this time to relish in the fact that my quick wit and poetic charm can be useful to my fellow man. (Stop laughing!)

     Again, I cannot overstate the fact that U really need to be yourself. As you meet people and gain confidence, develop your own lines and catch phrases. Establish your successful approaches and topics of conversation. Hone your witty repartee for various situations. It is not hard to do. I promise you that.

     Now, the purpose of a good delivery is simply to break the ice. Ease the transition into a conversation. Let your person of interest know that they should and would enjoy getting to know you. Being charming, witty, or funny are all ways to accomplish this goal. Remember that you are in control of this situation. You are a worthy friend, and if someone thinks you are not it is their loss.

As you approach the object of your interest try saying one of these:
 

• Can I flirt with you?

• Is it hot in here or is it just you?

• If beauty were time, you'd be eternity.

• I thought Very fine only came in a bottle.

• Say, did we go to different schools together?

• If God had a refrigerator, a picture of you would be on it.

• If I could rearrange the alphabet, I'd put U and I together.

• You're so beautiful that you made me forget my pickup line.

• Do you believe in love at first sight, or should I walk by again?

• If you were a burger at McDonalds, you'd be named McGorgeous.

• Hey, don't I know you? Yeah, you're the girl with the beautiful smile.

• Could you please step away from the bar? You're melting all the ice.

• Do you mind if I stare at you up close instead of from across the room?

• Excuse me, I think you have something in your eye. Nope, it's just a sparkle/twinkle.

• Fat Penguin. (After their response, which is usually “What?” or “Excuse Me?”) I just thought I'd say something to break the ice. (If they are not too bright, they won’t get it. Saying that, I hope YOU got it!)

• When I saw you from across the room, I passed out cold and hit my head on the floor...so I'm going to need your name and number for insurance reasons.

• Listen to this: my buddies over there said that I wouldn't be able to start a conversation with the most beautiful boy/girl in the bar. Wanna buy some drinks with some of their money?

     You know, when you and I get old and your son/daughter comes up to me and says "Daddy, how did you meet mommy?” I'm gonna have to tell him/her how quiet you were, or how difficult you were being.
Be confident in your delivery, be totally serious, or come across as very playful and light-hearted. Yes these are corny, but they will illicit a response. If they are indeed interested in you, you will totally know it. Plus, you have an out. After the delivery, if you sense it didn’t go over too well, you could play on the corniness and say something like, “It took me ALL night to decide on/come up with/remember that line, and it didn’t work?” or “Wow, should I have just said, ‘Hello, my name is BLAH BLAH. I would love to meet you?’ Would that have worked better?” You get my drift. Let your swagger carry you through. Your mindset is No Fear. All you are doing is trying to start a conversation, right?

     Let me present you with two more situations before I leave you for the month. The long-term intro and a quickie.

     Say there is someone that you have an interest in that is a part of your daily routine. Maybe someone you ride the bus with, someone who works in your office building, or someone that attends your gym. Regardless, this is someone that chances are, you will be seeing again. Give em the good old “innocent compliment”. This is the same technique you used when you were simply “practicing”. As you walk past, compliment her outfit, or shoes. If you notice she has a new hairstyle, let her know you noticed and that it looks nice. Then simply walk away. It may make her day and you are just a good guy. You simply gave her a compliment. Didn’t pressure her, attempt to date her or get a number. Nothing. You have possibly piqued an interest, and now you may have her yearning to know you. The next time you see her, or want to talk to her, I’ll bet you a simple hello will get you a smile and conversation.

     Now, there may be a time that you see someone in passing. Walking down the street, in the store, wherever. The point is you probably don’t have the time to strike up a good conversation or anything. This is a great “quickie” delivery. First ask if you can ask a question. (Look at how polite you are). Ask if they are married. This is very powerful and informative. If they say yes, you immediately know that you won’t be pursuing them. HOWEVER, this is a PERFECT time to not only practice, but put a smile on a face and make someone feel good. Overreact in a disappointed manner and say, “Damn” while shaking your head and then catch yourself, smile and say, “I mean, that’s beautiful.” Or say, “That’s too bad . . . I mean, not for you, but for me, because you are absolutely beautiful/I was going to Woo you/I was just about to sweep you off your feet.” I have received some of the biggest grins and smiles after that. I have been told I truly made someone’s day. I have even been told that they were not happily married with a smile and I had to decline! The marriage question is also good because if they are not interested in you they will usually follow up with something like, “No, but I am seeing/involved with someone.” You can give em that same disappointment face and let them know that they are beautiful and have a great day. Now, if they say no, and smile, or look in your eyes, or gives you a sign of attraction, then they are probably interested and this next delivery may quickly guarantee you will be getting to know this person better. “Are you allowed to give out your telephone number?” (I patented that. You can use it, but please ALWAYS give Papi his props for it, at a MINIMUM in your heart and mind thank me for that one.) The power lies in the word ALLOWED. Now don’t get me wrong, I HAVE gotten very angry responses and been told how they were grown and they can do whatever they want to do! I have used that anger and aggressively told them they should WANT to give me their number. Often times it has worked, sometimes it has not. (You win some, you lose some). I have also gotten laughs, smiles, looks of disbelief, and echoes (“Allowed? Allowed to give out my number?”). Oh it catches someone off guard. My gall. My audacity. My nerve. There have been times I felt like I was given the number just to prove a point that they were indeed allowed to give it out. Oh, I cannot begin to tell you how strong and effective that delivery is. So many options. So many opportunities to respond in a witty or interesting manner. Even if you hear, “Yes, I am allowed but I don’t/usually don’t.” You can engage them as to why and maybe even convince them why they should, or in this age of technology you can ask if they have email. If she stopped to talk I have never gotten less than an email address. Less threatening. No pressure. Still an avenue of communication. I CHALLENGE you to try this delivery and tell me it wasn’t fabulous! I DARE YOU!!!

     Wow! That was a LOT of information this month. Why don’t you former shy people tell me if you have put any of my words into action? Have you found a wife yet? I am sure you can. And because a delivery is only the introduction and a means to meet someone, next month, in my last installment of the How To Mack series, Papi is going to give you tips on what to do AFTER you meet. Shake a Leg

     Time to do it. Time to get moving. Time to shake a leg. The time is right now. Since the diagnoses of Diabetes, I have taken a look at what comprises my life. Honestly it consists of too much work, too much bad food, and too much bad feelings. There comes a time when I have to take a real hard look at my life and see what does and doesn’t work. Enhance the positive and eliminate the negative. I’ve come to see there is a lot more negative in my life than positive, and clutter surrounds my every aspect.

     A couple of months ago I was in Canada on business for a few days. My Canadian associate insisted that I stay as one of his family’s summer homes. The house was small, but on both levels the placement of items in the home was perfect. The open nature of the homes design really created the feeling of wide open spaces. One afternoon we had off, and I literally sat on the perfectly finished floor and absorbed the peace. My host, in our work and conversation, spoke a lot about Karma. So one day I asked him about it. I mentioned that I notice in all the houses we had been in, and the people we had met exuded a peace about them. I asked what the secret to this contentment was. He said it really wasn’t a secret that it was really based upon the people or person. He said you would find that people also lived in cluttered house and had stress filled lives. It came down to, as he put it, a choice.

     I asked him about his references to Karma. He said the essence of karma is like that of a yo-yo. I thought he meant life has its ups and downs. He laughed at that explanation and went on to say that you get back what you send out. He said the focus was really on yourself being part of the world and the role that you really play in it. Its not self centered philosophy about what you can get from others, but rather your role in being a part of stream of life. He said that most people have most of their problems when they fight the stream. Trying to be clever I noted the plight of the spawning salmon that fight the stream to ensure the survival of the species. He agreed that sometimes you have to fight the current, but in doing so it can become an addiction. Fighting the stream he noted, just like the salmon, can ultimately kill you.

     Interesting to note that after a couple of days in French Canada, I too began to feel more at peace and more content. The positive nature of the trip and the people I had met had reinvigorated me. It was odd to feel that way again. It seemed like forever since I had that kind of peaceful sleep. You all know the one, where you wake up actually wanting the day to start. I didn’t want to come home. On the trip back I could feel all that peace dripping away from me like I was bleeding to death. I got back into the grind. In the last month or so the whole trip reminds me of the choice I have to make, because I have no choice. Learn to go with the stream, or die fighting it. Be happy, make the changes necessary, or die miserable. No choice, but a world of options. There is no other time. I have to get in gear, get my butt in motion, get a move on, and in short shake a leg. What do you choose?

Xander's Recipe of the Month

Simple Grilled Salmon

Ingredients:

1/4 teaspoon olive oil
1 (4-ounce) salmon fillet
Pinch of salt
Pinch of lemon pepper
Wedge of lemon


Directions:
   

     Preheat grill to medium heat. Rub olive oil over salmon, coating evenly. Sprinkle with salt and lemon pepper. Grill salmon over medium heat about 6 minutes on each side, or until it flakes easily when pierced with a fork (for ease in turning salmon, a grill basket coated with cooking spray or a wide metal spatula can be used). Remove any skin. Serve with a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.

Fat: 5 g
Saturated fat: 1 g
Sodium: 240 mg
Fiber: 1 g
